她是中国艺术研究院特邀研究员及民间艺术创作研究员，中国镂绘艺术创始人，还担任着国内外多所高校的客座教授或特聘专家，如汉江大学设计学院校外导师等。 她曾获得丹麦国旗骑士勋章，中国非物质文化遗产传承人薪传奖，中华英才等奖项，也是2008年北京奥运会火炬手。

She is a specially invited research fellow and a research fellow of folk art creation at the Chinese National Academy of Arts, as well as the founder of Chinese Engraving Art. She also serves as a visiting professor or distinguished expert at many universities at home and abroad, including an off-campus supervisor at the School of Design, Hanjiang University. She has received numerous honors, such as the Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog (Denmark), the Inheritance Award for Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritors of China, and the China Outstanding Talent Award. She was also a torchbearer for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
